Royal Cayman Islands Police Service

The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service serves all three of the Cayman Islands, namely, Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. The Cayman Islands are located in the western Caribbean Sea, positioned approximately 480 miles south of Miami, Florida, 150 miles south of Cuba and 180 miles northwest of Jamaica. Together they comprise of approximately 101 square miles of land.

Two of our members, David Rees and Mike Cranswick are currently employed as Detectives by the Police Service here (Georgetown) and have been kind enough to send us some photographs, shown below. Looks like an idylic lifestyle but I am assured that working here is not as easy as it may look! Mind you, the current weather here as we all know is pretty lousy, whilst in the Royal Caymand Islands, it's a balmy 83°F / 28°C with a Low: 77°F / 25°C. (Watch you don't get sunburn lads)
